Using Clarity Mate means you accept these terms. We've kept them short and straightforward.
What Clarity Mate is
A personal tracker for goals, todos, and plans. Provided as-is, with no warranty.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to use Clarity Mate.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Don't use the app to break the law, harm others, or try to compromise the service.
Your content
The goals, notes, and todos you put in are yours. We don't claim any rights over them — we just store them for you.
Changes and shutdown
We may change features or shut the service down with reasonable notice. If we shut down, you'll get a chance to export your data first.
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account).
Liability
Clarity Mate is provided "as is". We aren't liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or any indirect losses. Back up anything important — the Export button is right there.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes get an in-app notice.
